  • HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?

    For each product, we have prepared a guide that would help you to understand the measures of our products and how to understand if it would suit you. Check the size guides in the products pages. If you have any doubts please contact us or drop us a message on our chat. We will guide you through the purchase process

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE SIZE?

    In case you are not sure about your size, we recommend to order the two sizes of the product(s), which will mostcertainly satisfy your needs. Buying two product(s), your shipment will be free. You will be responsible forreturning the goods that will not suit you at your own costs, and once we will receive them, we will refund you thecosts of the product(s) you returned following the procedure described

SHIPPING & RETURN

  • HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT(S)?

    Follow these steps:

     

    • Log in (or create an account) to allplain.com using your credentials
    • Select “MY RETURNS” in your account menu
    • Choose the order that you would to modify
    • Click the request button
    • Select the product(s) that you want to return
    • Confirm your request by clicking “REQUEST RETURN”
    • In case of exchange, please write “Exchange with” and the product you want
    • Our team will send you the address where you have to ship the parcel
    • Ship the product(s) utilizing a single carton box containing all the returning products
  • WHAT DOES IT COST TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

    We will refund you the price paid for the products within 14 days after we receive the products. The return is free of charge. You will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

    In case you want to exchange your product for a different size or colour, for another of our product(s),we are happyto provide you this service. When you follow the “return procedure”, leave us a comment which says which product, size and colour you want to receive. We will send you the new products without charging you the shipment and refunding you the costof the return.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    We are sure you would love our product(s) but if you ever need to return something to us follow the following instruction:

     

    -     Let us know you want to return the item (check instruction below) and return your unwanted goods to us within 14 days. If you would like an exchange send back to us within 28 days.

    -     Personalised items will not be accepted unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty.

     

    Please remember, the product(s) must be sent in the same box(es) you received and all the tags and leaflets contained in the box(es) or attached to the product(s) must be kept as received. When you try your shoes, please do it on a carpet or other soft surface.

  • WHERE ARE MY PRODUCTS?

    When you receive the shipping confirmation via email, your package is on its way. We use fully tracked shipping methods. You can check the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification or logging in with your profile at allplain.com. Haven’t received a notification? Make sure to check secondary inboxes or spam filters and add info@allplain.com to your contacts so you don’t miss out on important information. If you still have problems, please contact our customer care.

    We accept all the payments of method, included GiftCard or any other methods which may be clearly indicated on our site from time to time. Specifically, you can pay for items on our site using any one of the following methods: debit card, credit card and PayPal. The cardsaccepted are American Express, JCB, Discover, MasterCard, Visa.

  • DO I NEED TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT?

    The website has been developed to interact with our customers. Therefore, creating an account would help you during all the processesyou might need to go through (purchase, payments, returns and exchange).

    Once you have a profile you do not need to re-insert your information again. Moreover, if you need to return a product, you must enter you details in any case to choose which product you want to return.
