DELIVERY
Our international shipment company will deliver your product(s) directly at your home. In case they will not be able to deliver your order to you, you will be contacted to arrange another time and date for the delivery. However, any time you will have any problem with the delivery day and time, we suggest to contact us to arrange it and track your order. 
 
ATTENTION PLEASE, Last posting date for Christmas is 9th December 2016. For purchases made after this date, there is no guarantee that you will get it in time for Christmas. Therefore please allow at least 15 working days for delivery if you want to receive your item(s) by Christmas.
 
RETURNS
You can return your product(s) within 14 days from the date that the purchase has been received. Any returns must be shippedback to us within 14 days after you communicate us the return (read below the return procedure). We provide you with a shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice. Products must be returned in original and undamaged conditions. 
 
 
EXCHANGE
Exchanges are free within 28 days from the date that the purchase has been received and, for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Spain, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, shipping costs are offered by ALLPLAIN. We will send you the new products without charging you the shipment and refunding you the costof the return,In order to exchange your product(s), when you communicate to us the return, you must leave us a comment which says “Exchange with” and the product, size and colour thatyou want to receive.
 
 
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
 Please follow the procedure below to make a return:
 
- Log in (or create an account if you did not, during the purchase) to your account, using the credentials utilized during the orderingprocess.
- Select “MY RETURNS” in your account menu, you will be allowed to choose the order that you would to modify
- Click the request button. You will be redirected to another page where you need to select the product(s) that you want to return.
- After making your decision, you must confirm your request by clicking “REQUEST RETURN”.
- Please leave us a comment with the reason of the return.In case of exchange, please write “Exchange with” and the size and colour of the desired replacement item(s).
- Our team will process the return and send you the address where you have to ship the parcel. The shipment must be realized utilizing a single carton box containing all the returning products.
- Please make sure that you return the items unused and in a resalable condition, with all garment tags, leaflets and care labels still attached.
 
 
TAXES AND DUTIES
Within the EU, orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. This means that all taxes and duties are included in the price. Outside the EU all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. Your product(s) may therefore be subject to local taxes and duties, which are imposed by your local customs authority or the shipping carrier. We are cannot calculate the correct amount of these costs your order might incur, as these charges vary by countries and are imposed directly by the destination country. ALLPLAIN does not cover any such duties, taxes or related charges. 
 
 
REFUNDS
Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Refunds are made to the original credit card as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days after the day on which we receive the item back from you.  Within the EU shipping fees paid are non-refundable.Outside the EU no shipping costs, duties or taxes are refundable. 
 
 
PAYMENT & SECURITY PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and payment through PayPal. We do not store any credit card information. All payments are processed using Stripe, a PCI certified payment system.
